Clinical observation of Gemcitabine combined with Tiggine chemotherapy and psychological intervention after radical operation of pancreatic cancer
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Gemcitabine combined with Tiggine chemotherapy and psychological intervention after radical resection of pancreatic cancer. Methods 84 patients for radical resection of pancreatic cancer in Taizhou Enze hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group (42 cases) and the control group (42 cases), the control group after treated was given gemcitabine plus paclitaxel chemotherapy, the experimental group was received Gemcitabine combined with Tiggine chemotherapy plus psychological intervention, the effect and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared and analysed. Results The quality of life of the patients for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks were significantly better than the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). sFlt-1 in the experimental group was higher than the control group, the VEGF level is lower than the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with Tiggine chemotherapy plus psychological intervention after radical resection of pancreatic cancer, could effectively improve the treatment efficiency and the quality of life, and be worthy of promotion and application.
