细针穿刺细胞学检查对甲状腺疾病的临床诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨细针穿刺细胞学检查诊断甲状腺疾病的临床应用价值.方法 179例甲状腺疾病患者均接受细针穿刺细胞学检查,指定高年资、专科医生完成相关操作,记录其检查结果,将所得数据输入SPSS软件后给予相应分析并得出结论.结果 179例甲状腺疾病患者均顺利完成细针穿刺细胞学检查成功率100.00%,患者病变多为良性,其中以结节性甲状腺肿所占比例最高(30.73%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 利用细针穿刺细胞学检查可为临床医生提供可靠地甲状腺疾病诊断依据,有利于患者尽快确诊病情并获得及时救治,对保障其疗效、预后具有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of fine needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases. Methods 179 cases of patients with thyroid disease underwent fine needle aspiration cytology, designated senior specialist, complete the relevant operation, record the inspection results, the data input SPSS software to give the corresponding analysis and conclusions. Results 179 cases of thyroid diseases were successfully completed fine needle aspiration cytology,the success rate was 100%, the majority of patients with benign lesions, including nodular goiter the highest proportion (30.73%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of fine needle aspiration cytology can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of thyroid disease, help the patients diagnosed the illness as soon as possible and get timely treatment,has a positive significance to guarantee the curative effect and prognosis.
