Comparative studies on the anti-tumor activity and antioxidant activity of F.velutipes and A.auricula
Objective To research and analysis with the anti-tumor activity of ashcontent of D. indusiata and G.lucidum. Methods Three human carcinoma cell lines, including MCF-7, HeLa and A375 were assessed by MTT assay to measure cell viability. Results 800 μg/mL Dictyophora alcohol extract on MCF-7, HeLa and A375 inhibition rates were 53.46%, 49.19% and 61.58% (P<0.01). When the 800 μg/mL ethanol extract and 12.8 mg/mL ash of D.indusiata on MCF-7, HeLa and A375 cells, inhibition rates increased to 75.65%, 69.65% and 80.53%. MCF-7 HeLa and A375 of G.lucidum, cells consistent with the effect of dictyophora, 800 μg/mL G.lucidum alcohol extract on MCF-7, HeLa and A375 inhibition rates were 60.06%, 54.32% and 47.95% (P<0.01). When the 800 μg/mL ethanol extract and 12.8 mg/mL ash of G.lucidumon MCF-7, HeLa and A375 cells ,inhibition rates increased to 66.61%、65.06% and 74.99%. Conclusion The ash of G.lucidum and D.indusiata has anti-tumor effect.
