Determination of the activity of lumbrokinase by the bubble rise method
Objective To determine the activity of lumbrokinase by the bubble rise method. Methods In the 37℃ environment, added fibrinogen, lumbrokinase, thrombin and plasminogen were added in the test tube in turn, quickly mixed and timed, stopped timing until the bubble rose to the half of the whole system. The logarithm of the concentration of the standard solution was the abscissa, and the logarithm of the time was the ordinate. The activity of the lumbrokinase was calculated by the linear regression equation. Results The linear regression equation was y=-1.1513x+4.3136, R2=0.9969. The accuracy and repeatability were 0.73% and 6.01%. Conclusion The bubble rise method could determine the double activities of lumbrokinase, better response the characteristics of lumbrokinase.
