全中药糕在糖尿病合并高脂血症患者中的作用探讨

目的 探讨全中药糕在治疗糖尿病合并高血脂患者中的作用.方法 选取.浙江省金华市中医医院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的102例初发2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=52).2组患者均在原用药基础上,对照组食用安慰糕点,观察组食用全中药糕,随访1年.对比2组患者治疗前后血糖(FPG)、血脂(TC)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、C肽(FCP).结果 实验前,2组患者各项指标差异均无统计学意义;1年后,观察组FPG、TC、HbAlc均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗前后2组C肽值变化差异无统计学意义.结论 全中药糕能够改善糖尿病合并高血脂患者血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白.
Effect of of special Chinese herbal medicine food in diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia
Objective To investigate the positive effects of Chinese herbal medicine food in the treatment of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 102 cases of diabetes patients from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=52). In two groups with routine Western diet therapy, the control group ate comfort pastry, observation group ate Chinese herbal medicine food , followed-up for one year. The blood glucose (FPG), blood lipid (TC), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and C peptide (FCP) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in each index, and after one year of treatment, the FPG, TC, HbAlc in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in C peptide values between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion The use of Chinese herbal food in the treatment of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia can effectively improve blood glucose, blood lipids, glycosylated hemoglobin.
