Clinical efficacy of Jiawei Siwu Tang on primary dysmenorrhea with cold accumulation and blood stasis
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Siwu Tang on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 160 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were treated with single-blind, randomized, and positive drugs in the Second People's Hospital of Haining City from July 2014 to June 2016, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Siwu Tang. The control group was treated with compound norethisterone tablets or ibuprofen capsules. The course of treatment was three menstrual cycles. The changes of symptoms and signs were observed and the clinical efficacy was analyzed statistically. Soup clinical application of the safety evaluation. Results The pain score (5.4±2.2) in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (10.9±3.0), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Siwu Tang is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type and the clinical application is safe.
