中药联合常规放化疗与单纯化疗对胰腺癌的效果的Meta分析

摘要
目的 系统评价中药联合常规放化疗与单纯化疗对胰腺癌的效果.方法 计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Medline、EM-base、CNKI、WanFang Data、维普等数据库,查找中药联合常规放化疗与单纯放化疗对胰腺癌疗效的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为建库至2016年9月.采用RevMan 5.1软件行Meta分析.结果 纳入8个RCT,共617例患者.Meta分析显示,联合治疗组的疾病完全缓解率与单纯放化疗组不存在统计学差异,与纳入研究较少也存在一定关系.在对疾病的有效率指标分析时,2组间以上指标均有显著统计学差异,中药联合放化疗治疗显示出很好的优越性,但是存在合并效应倾向于高估中药联合治疗效应的情况.结论 中药联合常规放化疗与单纯放化疗治疗胰腺癌效果具有一定优越性.
Abstract
Objective To assess the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine methods combined with chemotherapy/radiotherapy in pancreatic cancer treatment. Methods Such databases as PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CBM, CNKI and WanFang Data were searched from the date of their establishment to September, 2016 in order to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Results 8 RCT, and a total of 617 cases of patients. Meta-analysis showed that the combined treatment group complete remission rate with chemotherapy alone group was not significant. In an efficient analysis of indicators of disease partial response rate and disease, were found statistically significant differences between the two groups, traditional Chinese medicine combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy showed good advantage, but there tend to overestimate the combined effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine situation effects. Conclusion Chinese herbs combined with chemotherapy and simple method for the treatment of pancreatic cancer chemotherapy effect with certain advantages.
