Observation of solifenacin and nursing intervention in the treatment of bladder spasm after hypospadias surgery in children
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Solifenacin and nursing intervention in the treatment of bladder spasm after hypospadias surgery. Methods 66 children with hypospadias postoperative bladder spasm were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and study group. The study group added nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, clinical curative effect in two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment 3 d, daily mean urine volume, voiding frequency, and VAS score of the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); and there was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Solifenacin and nursing intervention in the treatment of bladder spasm after hypospadias surgery is effective, it is helpful to improve the clinical effect, reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of adverse reactions.
