Clinical efficacy of venlafaxine sustained-release capsule combined with butronone in treatment of depression
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of venlafaxine sustained-release capsules combined with buspirone in the treatment of depression. Methods 80 patients with depression treated in Taiyuan psychiatric hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with venlafaxine sustained-release capsule, and the observation group was treated with venlafaxine sustained release capsules combined with buspirone.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in HAMD-17 and HAMA scores in the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the HAMD-17 and HAMA scores of the two groups gradually decreased, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 92.50%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of patients with depression, taking venlafaxine sustained-release capsules combined with buspirone treatment,compared with venlafaxine venlafaxine sustained-release capsules, the treatment effect is good.
