补肾壮骨止痛汤治疗退行性骨性膝关节炎的临床观察及对患者白细胞介素1β和肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

摘要
目的 探讨补肾壮骨止痛汤在退行性骨性膝关节炎患者中的临床效果及对白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响.方法 选取退行性骨性膝关节炎患者60例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,观察组采用补肾壮骨止痛汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,治疗8 w,比较2组临床疗效及对IL-1β和TNF-α的影响.结果 治疗后,观察组骨关节炎指数 、膝关节功能、肿胀评分及疼痛评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-1β和TNF-α水平,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 退行性骨性膝关节炎患者采用补肾壮骨止痛汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗效果理想.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong decoction on the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee and the influence on IL-1β and TNF-α. Methods A total of 60 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group were given Celecoxib Capsules combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules, the observation group were treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong decoction combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules, all treatment with eight weeks. The effect and IL-1β and TNF-α in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, arthritis indexes, knee function, swelling index score and pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-1β and TNF-α level in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significance difference in drug adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee were treated by Bushen Zhuanggu Zhitong decoction combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules, the effect is ideal.
