丁苯酞联合健脑益智汤在脑梗死患者中的临床治疗效果及对患者神经功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨丁苯酞联合健脑益智汤在脑梗死患者中的临床治疗效果及对患者神经功能的影响.方法 选取2015年5月~2016年5月期间在温州市中医院接受治疗的68例脑梗死患者随机分成2组,每组各34例.对照组给予丁苯酞治疗,联合组给予丁苯酞联合健脑益智汤治疗,对2组临床疗效、神经功能及不良反应进行对比分析.结果 联合组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),明显高于对照组70.59%(24/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2个月,2组NIHSS评分均有所下降,联合组下降更多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(5.88%)与对照组(2.94%)相比,差异无统计学意义.结论 对脑梗死患者采用丁苯酞联合健脑益智汤治疗,可明显改善患者神经功能,疗效显著,且不增加不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with Jiannao Yizhi decoction in patients with cerebral infarction and neurological function. Methods 68 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in Wenzhou hospital of traditional chinese medicine from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n=34). The control group was treated with butylphthalide, and the combination group was treated with butylphthalide and Jiannao Yizhi decoction. The clinical efficacy, neurological function and adverse reaction were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% (32/34) in the combined group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.59%, 24/34), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 2 months after treatment, the NIHSS score in two groups decreased, but the NIHSS score of the combination group decreased more than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group (5.88%) was not significantly different from that in the control group (2.94%), and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The treatment of cerebral infarction patients with butylphthalide combined with Jiannao Yizhi decoction could significantly improve the neurological function of patients with significant effect, and does not increase the adverse reactions.
