Clinical analysis of itraconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of itraconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods 158 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients from January 2015 to December 2016 were treated in Siming branch of the First Affiliated of Xiamen University, as the study objects, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table method, 50 cases for each group. The observation group was treated with itraconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories treatment, the control group was given clotrimazole suppositories treatment. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, adverse reactions rates of the two groups were compared by SPSS20.0. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.20%, significantly higher than 78.48% of the control group (P<0.05). In the experimental group, the recurrence number of patients was 2 cases, accounting for 2.53%. The number of recurrent cases in the control group was 10, accounting for 12.66%. The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.53%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 3.79%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Itraconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis has good clinical efficacy with low recurrence rate and low adverse reaction.
