厚朴穴位贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的效果研究

摘要
目的 探讨穴位贴敷对促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能恢复的作用效果.方法 选取2017年1月~2017年5月在浙江省宁波市妇女儿童医院进行择期腹腔镜手术的100例妇科患者,随机均分为对照组和实验组,每组50例.对照组使用常规护理,包括术后实行禁食水、常规补液,早进食和早期活动.实验组在常规护理的基础上实施足三里穴位贴敷.记录肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间和排便时间,比较分析2组患者腹胀的护理成效.结果 实验组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间和腹胀的发生率均少于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者进行穴位敷贴,能够有效缩短肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间和排便时间,减轻腹胀,促进胃肠功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopy. Methods 100 cases of gynecological patients from Janary 2017 to May 2017 underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, including fasting, routine rehydration, early feeding and early activity The Experimental group on the basis of routine care to implement Zusanli acupoints. Record The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first time of anus exhaust and defecation time, compare the two groups of patients with abdominal distension care results. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, defecation time and bloating rate were lower in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Gynecological treatment of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and defecation time, reduce abdominal distension, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, and deserve clinical application.
