Effect of thick paste acupoint application on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecologic laparoscopy
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopy. Methods 100 cases of gynecological patients from Janary 2017 to May 2017 underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, including fasting, routine rehydration, early feeding and early activity The Experimental group on the basis of routine care to implement Zusanli acupoints. Record The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first time of anus exhaust and defecation time, compare the two groups of patients with abdominal distension care results. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, defecation time and bloating rate were lower in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Gynecological treatment of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and defecation time, reduce abdominal distension, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, and deserve clinical application.
