布洛芬混悬液治疗急性上呼吸道感染高热的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 探究布洛芬混悬液治疗急性上呼吸道感染高热的临床效果.方法 选取浙江省湖州市中心医院2015年1月~2017年2月间收治的80例急性上呼吸道感染高热患者,均分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则采用布洛芬混悬液治疗.观察2组患者治疗后的效果并进行比较.结果 结果显示,观察组患者恢复时间明显快于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率97.5%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05).观察组患者不良反应发生率7.5%,明显低于对照组患者的22.5%(P<0.05).结论 布洛芬混悬液治疗急性上呼吸道感染高热,能够快速缓解患者症状,提高临床治疗效果,同时用药相对安全.
Abstract
Objective To explore the Ibuprofen Suspension in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever. Methods 80 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into control group and observation group equally. Control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated by Ibuprofen Suspension; effect of the two groups were observed after treatment and compared. Results The recovery time in the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The efficiency of observation group were 97.5% , higher than 80% in the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 7.5%, significantly lower than the control group of 22.5% (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Ibuprofen Suspension upper respiratory infection, can quickly relieve symptoms and improve the clinical treatment effect at the same time. The medicine is relatively safe and has good application value.
