Observation on the tocolytic effect of progesterone soft capsules on the treatment of the women with early threatened abortion
Objective To study the tocolytic effect of progesterone soft capsules on the treatment of the women with early threatened abortion. Methods 100 cases with early threatened abortion in the first people's hospital, Longwan district were selected as the object of this study. The control group were given progesterone injection, once for 20 mg, 1 times/d. The experimental group were given progesterone capsule orally, and the dose was 100 mg. The adverse reaction, serum progesterone and the success rate of tocolytic in the two groups were compared. Results The serum progesterone in the experimental group was (48.12±3.23) μg/L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (36.50±5.12) μg/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 8.0%, and in the control group was 24%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The success rate of tocolytic was 94.0% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 84.0%, the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Progesterone soft capsules applied for early threatened abortion, the clinical effect is ideal, high safety, less adverse reaction, high success rate, convenient use.
