Clinical analysis of Moisture exposed burn ointment, recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with chitosan patch dressing for the treatment of stageⅡ, Ⅲ pressure ulcer
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Moisture exposed burn ointment, recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with chitosan patch-dressing in patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcer. Methods 120 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcer treated in Qianqing Branch, Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method. The control group was given only general treatment. The observation group was treated with Moisture exposed burn ointment, recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with chitosan patch treatment. The clinical efficacy and pressure healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (95%) was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (78.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The healing time of stageⅡ, Ⅲ in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Moisture exposed burn ointment,, recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with chitosan patch dressing treatment of stageⅡ, Ⅲ pressure ulcer effect is significant, can promote wound healing.
