Clinical study on the intervention of Jiangtang Baoshen decoction in early diabetic nephropathy
Objective To explore clinical effects of the intervention of Jiangtang Baoshen decoction in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods From March 2015 to June 2017, in Jiaxing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 62 cases of early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 31 cases for each group. The control group was given routine western medicine diagnosis and treatment, the observation group was given the intervention of Jiangtang Baoshen decoction on the basis treatment of the control group, the treatment period for two months. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and renal function were observed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate in the observation group (96.77%) was significantly higher than (83.87%) in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05), the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), high-density lipoprotein was higher than before treatment (P<0.05), the fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein in the observation group were improved better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the changes of total cholesterol between the two groups. Before treatment, the urinary albumin excretion rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the urinary albumin excretion rate, urea nitrogen and endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the clearance rate of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine (P<0.05). The effect of urinary albumin excretion rate, urea nitrogen and endogenous creatinine clearance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance in serum creatinine before and after treatment between two groups. Conclusion The application of the intervention of Jiangtang Baoshen decoction in early diabetic nephropathy has better clinical effects, could positively improve patients' treatment efficiency, blood glucose, blood lipid and renal function with better safety.
