Clinical study of cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting in treatment of cervical vertigo
Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting in treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 150 patients with cervical vertigo in Lishui Central Hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given the therapy of Feng's bone-setting, the treatment group was given the therapy of cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting. Treatment both last for 3 courses. Observed clinicale fficacy, the changes of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, the score of clinical symptoms and functional of the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%and 81.33% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery systolic peak velocity of the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.01). The improvement situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Clinical symptoms and functional of the two groups were obviously improved. Compared the score of clinical symptoms and functional with before treatment, the difference in both groups were significant (P<0.01). The improvement situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Cervical traction combined with Feng's bone-setting can improve quality of life,and improve clinical effect in treating cervical vertigo.
