目的 探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合甲钴胺治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)患者血清相关生化指标的影响.方法 93例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠+甲钴胺联合治疗,对照组仅予甲钴胺治疗.观察2组患者治疗前后C肽水平、血液流变学指标、氧化应激指标、一氧化氮(NO)与DPN发病有关的部分生化指标.结果 治疗组治疗后的餐后2 h C肽(2hC-P)与对照组比较显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后的血浆黏度为(1.49±0.15)mpa?s,红细胞压积为(41.39±4.90)%,纤维蛋白原浓度为(5.34±1.57)g/L,与对照组比较均显著较低,组间差异明显(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后的SOD和NO浓度高于对照组,MDA显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠+甲钴胺联合治疗可以显著提高DNP患者餐后2 h C肽水平,改善DPN的血液流变学指标、氧化应激水平及NO浓度.
Effect of tanshinone II A sodium sulfonate combined with mecobalamin on related biochemical indexes of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To investigate the sodium tanshinone ⅡA united methylcobalamin treatment on serum biochemical parameters of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DNP) patients. Methods 93 cases of neuropathy in patients with diabetic peripheral randomly divided into treatment and control groups, control group received Salvia ⅡA sodium + mecobalamine combination therapy, the control group, only to Methylcobalamin treatment. C-peptide levels were observed before and after treatment, blood rheology, oxidative stress, nitric oxide (NO) and DPN incidence of biochemical indicators related. Results After treatment, the postprandial 2 h C peptide (2hC-P) was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group after treatment, the plasma viscosity (1.49±0.15) MPa?s, hematocrit (41.39±4.90) %, fibrinogen concentration (5.34±1.57) g/L, compared with the control group were significantly lower, with obvious difference between groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the concentration of SOD and NO in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and MDA was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tan ⅡA sodium + Methylcobalamin can significantly improve postprandial C-peptide levels in patients with DNP, improve hemorheology DPN, the level of oxidative stress and NO concentration, worthy of further clinical use.
