Effect of psychological intervention combined with Butylphthalide on hemodynamics of intracranial arteries in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with Butylphthalide on intracranial arterial hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. All patients in two groups were treated with butylphthalide, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamics of intracranial arteries in two groups was observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the anxiety and depression of the observation group were improved significantly. The hemodynamics of the intracranial artery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The plasma viscosity of the control group was (2.53+0.49) mPa?s, the observation group was (1.23+1.21) mPa?s, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of psychological intervention combined with Butylphthalide on improving the hemodynamics of intracranial arteries in patients with acute cerebral infarction is good.
