Gamma globulin and aspirin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease and nursing intervention
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gamma globulin and aspirin in the treatment of infantile with kawasaki disease. Methods 80 cases children with kawasaki disease selected from 2015 to 2017 as the object, according to the different treatment methods were divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group treated with a simple use of aspirin, and the observation group combined with gamma globulin on the basis of control group. And the two group treated with corresponding nursing. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of infantile Kawasaki disease, can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce complications.That is significant and worth popularizing.
