Effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets combined with valsartan on elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. Methods Selected 60 cases type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension patients from June 2014 to June 2016 treated by Hangzhou First People's Hospital, according to different treatment methods were divided into two groups,control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group used in the treatment of the use of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets, and the experimental group were treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with valsartan. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urea nitrogen and urinary albumin excretion rate of 24 hours were smaller than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion rate of the experimental group were less than those of the control group in 24 hours, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets combined with valsartan in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension can reduce the incidence of complications, and has important clinical value.
