Clinical effect of diprogesterone combined with progesterone in treatment of recurrent abortion
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diprogesterone combined with progesterone in treatment of recurrent abortion. Methods 100 pregnant women with recurrent abortions were grouped according to treatment methods. In the control group, 50 patients were injected with progestin, 40 mg/d, and the dose was halved to 12 weeks after conception. Team in the control group therapy on the basis of taking progesterone to bend, 1 dose of 40 mg, dose after adjustment for 10 mg, 1/8 h, observe bleeding symptoms under control and clinical symptoms disappeared after drug withdrawal. To observe and compare the total monthly productivity, preterm birth rate, miscarriage rate and number of pregnancies in the two groups. The serum human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and progesterone (P) levels were observed and compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The productivity of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The abortion rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the number of pregnancies was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The results showed that the serum HCG and progesterone levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The combined progesterone combined with progesterone can effectively treat recurrent miscarriage, and the clinical efficacy is significant and safe and reliable.
