Effects of Huaiqihuang granules on the children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia and the influence on immune and inflammatory indexes
Objective To explore the effects of Huaiqihuang granules on children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia and the influence on immune and inflammatory indexes. Methods 80 cases of children diagnosed with refractory pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40). The control group was given anti-infection and nutritional support, and the observation group was additionally given Huaiqihuang granules. The efficacy was observed, and the immune function and inflammatory factors were compared, and the adverse reactions and recurrence situations were recorded. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.0% vs 80.0%) (P<0.05). The levels of IgA and CD4 in the observation group were significantly higher while the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Huai Qi Huang granules in the adjuvant treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia is better, and significantly promote the recovery of health, clinical consideration.
