摘要
目的 探讨前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病的临床疗效和安全性.方法 选取杭州师范大学附属医院2015年12月~2017年2月期间收治的80例高龄糖尿病合并慢性肾脏病患者为研究对象,随机均分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔.记录2组患者治疗前、后24 h尿蛋白定量、空腹血糖(FBG)等指标变化情况及药物相关不良反应发生率.结果 治疗前,2组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、FBG等指标检测值对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组24 h尿蛋白定量检测值较治疗前下降幅度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者治疗后FBG均较治疗前降低,组间比较差异无统计学意义;2组患者接受本次治疗期间各项不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义.结论 在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔可显著提高高龄糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者临床治疗有效性,同时可获得较为理想的临床治疗安全性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with chronic kidney disease who were admitted from December 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group (n=40) .The control group, the elderly diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease were given conventional treatment, and the study group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of conventional treatment. The changes of 24 hour urine protein, FBG and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the detection of 24 h urinary protein and FBG between the two groups; After treatment, the 24-hour urine protein in the study group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the FBG in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease, and can achieve better clinical treatment safety.
