超声引导单极冷循环射频消融联合TACE治疗肝癌的对比研究

摘要
目的 探讨超声引导单极冷循环射频消融、经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞联合治疗肝癌临床应用效果.方法 选取绍兴市人民医院于2015年1月~2017年3月期间收治的88例肝癌患者,随机均分为研究组(n=44)、对照组(n=44).对照组接受经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗,研究组给予超声引导单极冷循环射频消融、经导管动脉栓塞联合治疗.记录2组肝癌患者近期疗效,将相应数据输入SPSS软件后给予统计学分析并得出结论.结果 2组肝癌患者均顺利完成相应方案治疗且有效随访4 w,研究组肝癌患者近期治疗总有效率为59.09%、对照组为36.36%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用超声引导单极冷循环射频消融、经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞联合治疗肝癌可显著提高患者临床疗效,有利于保障其生活质量、生命安全.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods 88 cases of liver cancer patients who were treated in Shaoxing People's Hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (n=44) and the control group (n=44). The control group were received transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization, and the study group were treated with ultrasound-guided unipolar cold radiofrequency ablation and transcatheter arterial embolization. The short-term effects of two groups of patients with liver cancer were recorded, and the corresponding data were input into SPSS software. Statistical analysis was made and conclusions were drawn. Results The two groups were successfully completed corresponding treatment and effective followed-up for 4 weeks. The total effective rate was 59.09% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 36.36% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guided monopolar cold radiofrequency ablation combined with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization can improve the clinical efficacy and protect the quality of life and life safety of patients with liver cancer.
