Effect of Yinxing Damo Zhusheye combined with mild hypothermia on the operation of patients with severe craniocerebral injury
Objective To study and analyze the effect of Yinxing Damo Zhusheye combined with mild hypothermia treatment on severe craniocerebral injury patients. Methods 46 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in Tianjin Xianshuigu Hospital were selected as the object of study. The experimental group and the control group were treated with surgery, the control group was given modified decompressive craniectomy, the experimental group was given ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with hypothermia, coma score, clinical index MDA and serum albumin level in two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, GCS score of the experimental group was (12.89±1.78) was significantly higher than the control group score (10.20±1.33), with statistical difference (P<0.05). The experimental group after treatment, serum albumin level (33.20±3.21) g/L, the control group of serum albumin level (31.21±2.65) g/L, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The level of SOD in the control group was (77.20±1.77) mU/L, which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group, and the level of SOD was (82.30±1.33) mU/L, with statistical difference (P<0.05). In the control group, the prognosis of 12 patients was good. In the experimental group, the prognosis of 16 patients was good, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinxing Damo Zhusheye therapy combined with mild hypothermia in patients with severe head injury surgery, could significantly improve the prognosis, help patients regain consciousness, and improve the relevant clinical indexes.
