Influence of hospitalization time, fever time and swelling time of parotid gland in Pu Dilan combined with anti-sense particles in children with mumps
Objective To explore the influence of hospitalization time, fever time and swelling time of parotid gland in Pu Dilan combined with anti-sense particles in children with mumps. Methods 100 patients from January 2016 to December 2013 with mumps in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50).Children in the control group were given routine treatment, including fever, supportive therapy and other symptomatic treatment, the observation group children were based on the conventional treatment plus Pu Dilan oral solution combined with anti-sense particles. To observe and compare the hospitalization time, fever time, parotid swelling time, clinical curative effect and complication of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher (86.00% vs. 60.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the fever time, parotid swelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shortened, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the incidence of complications, the incidence of adverse hair loss between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional conventional treatment, the use of Podi blue combined with anti-sense particles in the treatment of children with mumps better efficacy, higher cure rate, shorten the course of disease, reduce the incidence of complications, and better security.
