环丝氨酸治疗耐多药结核病的临床治疗效果

摘要
目的 分析比较耐多药结核病治疗采用环丝氨酸和乙胺丁醇的临床治疗效果.方法 选取2015年1月~2017年4月杭州市红十字会医院收治的95例耐多药结核患者,并随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用环丝氨酸,对照组采用乙胺丁醇治疗,比较2组患者的治疗痰培养阴转率、病灶空洞闭合情况和不良反应.结果 治疗组在治疗后的第6、12、18个月的痰培养转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的治疗总有效率为69.3%,明显高于对照组的总有效率58.6%(P<0.05);在肝肾功能损害,骨髓抑制和精神异常等不良反应方面,治疗组的发病率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在治疗耐多药结核疾病中,采用环丝氨酸治疗可以提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生.
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of serine and ethambutol in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods 95 cases of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with cycloserine and control group treated with ethambutol, then compared two groups of patients with treatment of sputum culture negative conversion rate, lesion cavity closure and adverse reaction. Results The culture conversion rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in the 6,12,18 months after treatment of sputum (P<0.05), the total effective rate of treatment group was 69.3%, significantly higher total efficiency of 58.6% in the control group (P<0.05), in the liver and kidney function damage, bone marrow suppression and mental disorders and other adverse reactions, the treatment group the incidence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, the use of serine can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has clinical value.
