清肝活血排石汤对肝内胆管结石患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨清肝活血排石汤对肝内胆管结石的临床疗效.方法 选取2015年1月~2016年12月榆林市绥德县医院收治的60例肝内胆管结石患者,按照随机数字法平均分为2组,30例患者给予熊去氧胆酸治疗作为本次研究的对照组,30例患者给予清肝活血排石汤治疗为本次研究的研究组.将2组患者临床疗效进行比较.结果 研究组患者临床总有效率63.33%,对照组患者临床总有效率3.33%,研究组显著高于对照组,2组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在肝内胆管结石患者治疗中选择清肝活血排石汤治疗,具有确切疗效,对患者有积极的促进作用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of hepatolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups, control group treatment as the study of ursodeoxycholic acid in 30 patients, 30 cases were treated with Qinggan Huoxue Paishi decoction treatment as the research group for this study. Of the two groups the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The study group of patients with clinical total efficiency of 63.33%, the control group of patients with clinical total efficiency of 3.33%, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones in patients with choice of Qinggan Huoxue Paishi decoction treatment has definite therapeutic effect, has a positive effect on patients.
