Clinical observation on the effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on the treatment of placenta accrete
Objective To observe the effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on the treatment of placenta accrete. Methods 130 cases with placenta accrete in the China ordnance industry 521 hospital were selected as the observe subject. All the patient was given methotrexate combined with mifestone. The time of blood beta -HCG negative reaction, the adverse reactions after treatment, and the effects of different placenta implantation areas and placental implantation on different pregnancy types were observed. Results After 3 courses of treatment, 130 cases with placenta accrete were cured, the cure rate was 100%; 3 cases had slight nausea and headache, and the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment. The period of the treatment in the patients with placenta implantation area<3 cm2 were significantly shorter than that in the patients with placenta implantation area 3~6 cm2 and ≥6 cm2 (P<0.05); the period of the treatment in the patients with placenta implantation area<3~6 cm2 were significantly shorter than that in the patients with placenta implantation area ≥6 cm2 (P<0.05). The normal course of pregnancy with a low placenta, and the treatment required for placental implantation, is significantly shorter than that of a placental implant with a scar uterus (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate on the treatment of placenta implantation is better and saftey . For the patients with placental implantation area ≥6 cm2 and scar uterine, the treatment time should be prolonged.
