Combined interventional treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with left lower extremity deep venous thrombosis
Objective To investigate the effect of combined interventional therapy for iliac vein compression syndrome complicated with left lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods 50 patients of iliac vein compression syndrome in the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin from June 2015 to July 2017 with deep venous thrombosis of left lower extremity as the research object, were comprehensive interventional therapy, such as mechanical thrombectomy, thrombolysis, avein catheter stent and iliac vein balloon expansion. The effective rate of clinical treatment and complications after comprehensive interventional treatment were observed. Results After comprehensive interventional treatment one week, two patients were invalid, 20 cases were effective, 16 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were cured, and the effective rate was 96.0%. two weeks after operation, 1 patients were invalid, 21 patients were effective, 16 patients were effective, 12 patients were cured, and the effective rate was 98.0%. The effective rate of clinical treatment was 100.0% after four weeks. The average length of stay in the 50 patients was (8.12±1.12) days, and the swelling and pain of the limbs were improved after one to two weeks. No pulmonary plugs were found in 50 patients. Conclusion The clinical comprehensive intervention of iliac vein compression syndrome with left lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of the effective rate of the treatment is ideal, high safety, and can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms, has clinical significance.
