Effect of intravenous dexmedetomidine on sedation and adverse effects during cesarean section
Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous dexmedetomidine on sedation and adverse effects during cesarean section. Methods 70 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section anesthesia were enrolled in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2017. They were divided into control group according to coin method (n=35) and the experimental group (n=35). The control group was treated with the same amount of saline, and the experimental group was treated with dexmedetomidine intravenous injection to compare the sedative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The Ramsay sedation score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous dexmedetomidine can significantly improve the cesarean section in the sedative effect, reduce intraoperative adverse reactions, worthy of clinical reference and popularization and promotion.
