Efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract pills in the treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of recurrent angina bilobanone ester dropping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods The Department of Cardiology in Jiashan County First People's Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 PCI with coronary heart disease angina pectoris after 70 patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=35) received conventional therapy, observation group (n=35) with Ginkgo biloba extract dripping pill treatment, compared the clinical efficacy, blood lipid level, blood and liver function of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.3%, higher than the control group 77.1% , had significant difference (P<0.05); CK-MB before surgery of two groups, there was no significant difference between cTnI, the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group, and the two groups after treatment and before treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract dripping pill in treatment of coronary heart disease after PCI clinical efficacy of angina is good, worthy of promotion.
