丙种球蛋白短程强化联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿急重症脑炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨丙种球蛋白短程强化给药联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿急重症脑炎的临床效果.方法 选取杭州市儿童医院2013年12月~2015年2月期间收治的88例急重症脑炎患儿,经随机数字表法均分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44).对照组急重症脑炎患儿在常规治疗基础上加用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,研究组急重症脑炎患儿在常规治疗基础上加用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠和丙种球蛋白短程强化给药.结果 研究组临床总有效率(88.64%)显著优于对照组(63.64%),数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用常规治疗方案基础上,加用丙种球蛋白短程强化和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠可显著提高急重症脑炎患儿临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of short strengthen gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in treatment of children with acute severe encephalitis. Methods 88 children with severe encephalitis from December 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the study group (n=44) and the control group (n=44). The control group of children with acute severe encephalitis were treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate, study group of children with acute severe encephalitis were treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate and gamma globulin to strengthen the administration of short. Results The total effective rate of the study group (88.64%) was significantly better than that of the control group (63.64%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the application of conventional therapy, gamma globulin combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for short-range enhancement can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of children with acute severe encephalitis.
