不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常中联合应用胺碘酮和中成药稳心颗粒的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的 不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常中联合应用胺碘酮、中成药稳心颗粒临床疗效观察.方法 选取商洛市中心医院收治的86例不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常患者,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,实验组进行胺碘酮、中成药稳心颗粒联用治疗.比较分析实验组与对照组心绞痛发生次数、不良反应发生情况、心律失常治疗疗效等临床指标.结果 实验组服用硝酸甘油量为(284.30±57.20)mg显著少于对照组,对照组疗程期间发生心绞痛次数为(22.33±5.12)次,实验组疗程期间发生心绞痛次数为(15.60±2.15)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组发生室颤及室性早搏例数分别为1例与2例,对照组室颤及室性早搏例数分别为8例与12例,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常中联合应用胺碘酮、中成药稳心颗粒临床疗效显著,可显著改善相关临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To unstable angina pectoris and select the combined application of ventricular arrhythmia, amiodarone medicine Wenxinkeli clinical efficacy comparison. Methods In our hospital 86 cases of unstable angina pectoris and ventricular arrhythmia patients, control group treated with amiodarone treatment, the experimental group combined with amiodarone, Chinese medicine Wenxin particle. The incidence of angina pectoris, the occurrence of adverse reactions, the therapeutic efficacy of arrhythmia and the clinical indicators of angina pectoris in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results The experimental group taking nitroglycerin was (284.30±57.20) mg was significantly less than the control group, the control group during the treatment of angina frequency (22.33±5.12), the experimental group during the treatment of angina pectoris number (15.60±2.15), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular premature beat in the experimental group were 1 and 2, respectively. The number of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular premature beats in the control group were 8 cases and 12 cases, respectively, with statistical significance (P<0.05 ). Conclusion Combined application of amiodarone and Chinese medicine stable heart pellet in unstable angina pectoris combined with ventricular arrhythmia is effective and can significantly improve the related clinical symptoms, and has clinical value.
