连朴饮合半夏泻心汤对脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效分析

摘要
目的 分析连朴饮合半夏泻心汤对慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者的疗效.方法 选取102例脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组.对照组患者口服西药进行治疗,治疗组患者给予连朴饮合半夏泻心汤加减治疗.比较2组患者疗效及治疗前后胃镜镜像、组织病理学、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp).结果 对照组和治疗组患者治愈率分别为31.4%和74.5%,治疗组患者治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后2组患者中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者中医证候积分比对照组更低(P<0.05).结论 中药连朴饮合半夏泻心汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者疗效显著,能够改善患者胃黏膜病理学状况并有效清除Hp.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of lianpu decoction and banxiaxiexin decoction on the treatment of the patients with chronic superficial gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome. Methods 102 cases with chronic superficial gastritis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with lianpu decoction and banxiaxiexin decoction. The curative effect, endoscopic image, histopathology, Helicobacter pylori (Hp) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The cure rate in the control and the treatment group was 31.4% and 74.5%, respectively (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Lianpu decoction and banxiaxiexin decoction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome has significant curative effect, which can improve the situation of learning and effective eradication of Hp in gastric mucosa of patients with pathology.
