Dachengqi decoction enema and nursing intervention on the treatment of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury
Objective To study and analyze the effect of Dachengqi decoction enema and nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in Zhoushan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the object of this study. Two groups were coloclystered with Dachengqi decoction, the control group were given routine nursing, the experimental group were given nursing intervention measures. To pay attention to the changes of psychological state, to provide a comfortable ward environment for the patients. Stool detail was recorded. To eliminate the negative emotion of the patients, do a good job of perianal skin care, pay close attention to the changes of blood pressure and heart rate and other vital signs, adjust posture comfortable. Nursing satisfaction, defecation situation and other clinical indicators in the two groups were compared. Results The defecation rate in the experimental group after enema was 100%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 93.3%, and in the control group was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with severe craniocerebral injury were given Dachengqi decoction enema combined with nursing intervention, which can significantly improve defecation and improve nursing satisfaction.
