Curative effect of mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and nursing intervention
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and summarize the nursing method. Methods 87 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy from November 2015 to April 2017 were all treated with the same therapy in the treatment of patients with blood glucose control, first of all to insulin or oral on the basis of hypoglycemic drugs, 500ug intramuscular injection of methycobal, continuous treatment of 28 days. 43 patients received routine nursing (control group) during the hospitalization, the other 44 patients by nursing intervention. The treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.9%, significantly higher than the control group (χ2=8.217, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.5%, significantly higher than 74.4% of the control group (χ2=7.864, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with mecobalamin and effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the effect of clinical treatment, meet the needs of patients and improve the rate of nursing satisfaction.
