Evaluation of efficacy and safety of immunosuppressant combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of acute interstitial nephritis
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of combined immunosuppressive therapy and nursing intervention in the treatment of acute interstitial nephritis. Methods 76 patients with acute interstitial nephritis treated in Tongde hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected and divided into experimental group (n=38) and the control group (n=38) . The patients in the experimental group and the control group received routine symptomatic treatment such as nutritional support, and the control group was given immunosuppressive treatment. Prednisone was given orally 3 times a day. On the basis of this, the experimental group carried out the corresponding nursing interventions to provide comfortable ward environment for the patients, to do good health education and psychological intervention, and to communicate with patients actively. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.11%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.95%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the urine protein of the patients in the experimental group was (0.32 ±0.17) g / 24 h, and the blood creatinine was (93.90 ± 37.90) mg / 24 h, were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The blood urea nitrogen and the β2-MG of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of immunosuppressant combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of acute interstitial nephritis is ideal, safe, and can significantly improve the related clinical indicators of patients.
