Clinical analysis of nursing intervention combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing intervention combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 114 children with neonatal pneumonia were enrolled in Huzhou Maternal and Child Care Hospital were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 as the research object, all patients were treated with ceftriaxone treatment, 57 cases of drug treatment on the basis of accepted nursing intervention the children in the observation group, 57 cases of children with routine nursing as the control group. The control group is two days temperature stable, cyanosis disappeared days, pulmonary rales disappeared days, breathing normal days to assess the clinical efficacy of two groups, and calculate the rate of nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with control group, observation body temperature stable time, cyanosis disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, breathing recovery time was earlier, there was significant difference between the groups (t=2.314, t=3.406, t=2.811, t=3.647, P<0.05). The observation group nursing satisfaction rate of 94.7% was significantly higher than the control group 78.9% (χ2=9.142, P<0.05). Conclusion Ceftriaxone combined with nursing intervention effect in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia exactly, effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction rate.
