Application of nursing intervention after intravesical chemotherapy perfusion in the postoperative patients with bladder cancer
Objective To analyze the application of nursing intervention after intravesical chemotherapy perfusion in the postoperative patients with bladder cancer. Methods 100 patients with bladder cancer were selected and divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The experimental group and the control group patients were all treated with intravesical perfusion chemotherapy, the control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group were given corresponding nursing measures, actively communicate with patients, to provide a quiet and comfortable environment for the treatment of patients, the psychological state of patients with attention, eliminate the negative emotions of patients, to avoid patients with urethral mucosa injury. Results The quality of life score in the control group was (60.30 ± 9.20) points, which was significantly lower than that in the experimental group (76.88 ± 10.90) points, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the score of SAS in the experimental group was (26.50 ±7.21) points, which was significantly lower than (36.90 ± 8.20) points in the control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 80%, 90% in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention combined with intravesical perfusion chemotherapy in patients with bladder cancer after surgery is ideal, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve the negative emotions, establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
