Observation of the effect of erythropoietin in hemodialysis patients
Objective To observe the effect of erythropoietin in maintenance hemodialysis patients with application of the mechanism of renal anemia, summarize the perioperative nursing intervention measures. Methods 60 cases from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital undergoing maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia as the research object, randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group, erythropoietin cells in two groups were treated with conventional dose hormone (EPO) after treatment, the study group on the basis of the control group with specific nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group hematocrit after 6 treatment months (Hct), red blood cell (Hb) was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of erythropoietin in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia has certain curative effect, and perioperative with targeted nursing intervention is helpful to improve the blood red cells of patients with clinical manifestations, with significant value.
