Effect of lornoxicam and nursing intervention on prevention of visceral traction pain during appendectomy under epidural anesthesia
Objective To observe the effect of lornoxicam and nursing intervention on appendectomy after epidural anesthesia, and to analyze the influence of it on the prevention of visceral traction pain. Methods 86 cases who underwent appendectomy from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object, and divided into the control group and the study group according to the filing order, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received postoperative intravenous lornoxicam analgesia, the observation group added nursing intervention on the basis of it. The clinical anesthesia was compared between the two groups. Results There was 9 cases of visceral traction pain in the observation group (20.93%), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (17, 39.50%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group, there were 27 cases of drowsiness (62.79%), 16 cases (37.21%) in tension, and 18 cases (41.86%), 25 cases (58.14%) in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Lornoxicam and nursing intervention intervention for epidural anesthesia under appendectomy, the effect is accurate, good sedative effect, reduce postoperative visceral traction pain, and provide more security for the treatment.
