优质化护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用及对血氧饱和度与呼吸道感染的影响

中文摘要：目的探究优质化护理在重症肺炎患者中的应用以及对其呼吸道感染和血氧饱和度的影响.方法选取2013年4月~2016年8月杭州市余杭区妇幼保健院收治的120例重症肺炎患儿纳入本次研究,按入院先后顺序将其分为优质化护理组(67例)和常规护理组(53例).常规护理组在积极治疗的同时给予常规护理干预,观察组则在此基础上给予优质化护理干预.就2组患者的临床护理效果、血氧饱和度变化情况以及在护理期间的呼吸道感染情况进行分析比较.结果优质化护理组的总有效率和家长满意度分别为92.53%、95.52%,均显著高于常规护理组(分别为77.36%、83.02%),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).优质化护理组的各项临床症状的消失时间均明显快于常规护理组,其机械通气时间和住院时间也短于常规护理组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理干预后,优质化护理组患儿的SaO2、PaO2水平明显高于常规护理组,其PaCO2水平明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05).而在护理期间,优质化护理组的呼吸道感染发生率为10.45%,远低于常规护理组(28.30%)(P<0.05).结论在重症肺炎患儿临床治疗期间给予其优质化护理干预,能够使患儿呼吸道保持通畅,促进各项临床症状快速缓解,其血氧饱和度得到显著改善,降低了呼吸道感染发生的几率,对患儿的临床治疗起到积极作用.

外文摘要：Objective To research the application of high quality nursing in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on blood oxygen saturation and respiratory infection. Methods 120 cases of severe pneumonia in Yuhang district maternal and child health hospital were included in this study, according to the order of admission, they were divided into the high quality nursing group (67 cases) and the routine nursing group (53 cases). The routine nursing group was given routine nursing intervention while active treatment, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. the clinical nursing effect, the change of blood oxygen saturation and the respiratory infection in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate and the satisfaction of parents in the high quality nursing group were 92.53% and 95.52%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group (77.36%, 83.02%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the high quality nursing group were significantly faster than those in the conventional nursing group, and the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the conventional nursing group, and there were statistical significances between the two groups (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the level of SaO2 and PaO2 in the high quality nursing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group, and the PaCO2 level was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). During the nursing period, the incidence of respiratory tract infection in the high quality nursing group was 10.45%, which was much lower than that in the conventional nursing group (28.30%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Given high quality nursing intervention during the clinical treatment of children with severe pneumonia, could make children with respiratory tract unobstructed, promote the rapid relief of clinical symptoms, improve blood oxygen saturation significantly, reduce the probability of occurrence of respiratory tract infection, it plays a positive role in the clinical treatment of children.
