Nursing analysis of amlodipine with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance, efficacy and quality of life of patients treated with amlodipine in patients with hypertension. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017, 76 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin and divided into intervention group Sexual care intervention, 38 cases) and conventional group (routine nursing, 38 cases), compared the two groups of two groups of patients with compliance, efficacy and quality of life. Results The diet, medication, life and exercise compliance of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). The efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher in the conventional group (97.37% vs. 78.75%, P<0.05). The psychological status, health status, living status and physiological status of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively improve patient compliance, efficacy and quality of life.
