Clinical analysis of hypertensive retinopathy with compound tropicamide eye drops combined with nursing intervention therapy
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound tropicamide eye drops with nursing intervention therapy for hypertensive retinopathy. Methods 80 cases of hypertensive retinopathy treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were studied, and randomly divide them into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with compound tropicamide eye drops combined with nursing intervention, the control group only with compound tropicamide eye treatment. The primary efficacy outcome measure was the change of degree of retinopathy, blood pressure. Results The blood pressure including systolic blood pressure [the observation group:(119.6±11.2) mmHg, the control group: (132±14.5) mmHg]and diastolic blood pressure [in the observation group: (73.1±9.6) mmHg, the control group: (84.2±10.2) mmHg] before and after treatment showed a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, all the indexes were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the treatment before treatment, the improvement of the indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Use of compoud tropicamide eye drops combined with nursing intervention, for hypertensive retinopathy can help to relief the degree of the angiosclerosis.
