Application and nursing analysis of antibiotics in perioperative period of cesarean section
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing measures of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods 120 cases of cesarean section patients in affiliated hospital of Hangzhou normal university were selected as the subjects. The control group was received postoperative antibiotics, and the continuous use time was 3 to 5 days. The pregnant women in the experimental group were treated with interruption of the umbilical cord and antibiotics, and they were reused 6 hours after surgery. The experimental group and the control group were given corresponding nursing measures to strengthen and standardize the use ordinance of antibiotics, regular drug inspection, improve medication accuracy and science, to enhance the awareness of the use of antibiotics of nursing staff standard, hospitalization time, postoperative infection, use of antibiotics and other clinical indicators of pregnant women in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the use time of antibiotics intle experimental group was (1.03±0.37) d, and the use time of antibiotics in the control group was (4.55±0.48) d with statistical difference (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group and the control group were (5.72±1.43) d and (5.77±1.45) d, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. In the experimental group, 1 cases were infected, and the infection rate was 1.67%. In the control group, 2 patients were infected, the incision infection rate was 3.33%, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of prophylactic antibiotics in the perioperative period of cesarean section and in the control of postoperative infection is more ideal and remarkable, and which could significantly shorten the use of antibiotics.
