规律性尿激酶肝素混合封管液在血液透析长期留置导管中的应用及护理

摘要
目的 探究血液透析长期留置导管中,规律性尿激酶肝素混合封管液的应用情况,并总结护理经验.方法 将武警浙江总队嘉兴医院2015年1月~2017年1月间收治的80例血液透析长期留置导管患者纳入本次研究,采用随机方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者采用规律性尿激酶肝素混合封管液进行干预,对照组患者采用普通肝素进行干预;观察并比较2组患者透析次数、导管阻塞例数、血流量等情况.结果 观察组患者的静脉压低于对照组,尿素清除指数和血流量大于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析次数[(1801.35±3.05)次],多于对照组[(1793.02±2.96)次],2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组导管阻塞率低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 规律性尿激酶肝素混合封管液在血液透析长期留置导管中的应用效果良好,同时应该注意对患者实施相应护理,充分发挥导管的使用功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the long-term hemodialysis catheter, regular urokinase heparin mixture sealing fluid in the application, and to summarize the nursing experience. Methods 80 cases of hemodialysis patients with indwelling catheter were included in the study, randomly divided the patients into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were treated by law urokinase heparin mixture sealing liquid for intervention, the control group were treated with common heparin intervention; the two groups were observed and compared the number of dialysis catheter obstruction cases, blood flow and so on. Results The observation group of patients with venous pressure is relatively low in clinical, and urea clearance index and blood flow is relatively large; the observation group dialysis (1801.35±3.05), significantly higher than the control group (1793.02 ±2.96) and the observation group; catheter obstruction ratio of 2.5%, significantly lower than the control group 25%(P<0.05). Conclusion The law Conclusion the application of urokinase and heparin mixed sealing liquid in long-term indwelling catheter of hemodialysis is effective, and the corresponding nursing should be paid attention to, so as to give full play to the use of catheter.
