Clinical observation and nursing care of diabetic foot ulcer treated by local irradiation of shikonin oil combined with infrared ray lamp
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined application of shikonin oil and infrared ray baking lamp on local diabetic foot ulcers. Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetic foot treated in Ninghai county hospital from October 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group (n=46). Two groups of patients with diabetic foot group received routine clinical symptomatic treatment, the control group provides general body care foot in patients with diabetes, the study group of patients with diabetic foot care on the basis for the implementation of conventional systemic Arnebia oil, infrared heat lamp irradiation. The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results The two groups of diabetic foot patients successfully completed the corresponding program treatment and nursing care, the total effective rate of the study group (90.58%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.74%, P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment combined with general body care, the treatment of diabetic foot patients can improve the clinical effect significantly by using the corresponding nursing services such as shikonin oil, infrared ray baking lamp, local irradiation and so on.
